Shipping Policy

Dragoncat Racing works with manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners in the United States and internationally. As a result, products may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor to the customer, and items within the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Processing times vary by product, supplier, availability, configuration, and destination. Any processing or delivery timeframe displayed on our website or provided in a quotation is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Some products, including turnkey simulator systems, special-order products, and configured equipment, may require additional time for assembly, configuration, testing, preparation, or freight coordination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout, included in the product price, quoted separately, or invoiced based on the product, destination, supplier, and method of transportation.
For oversized, palletized, freight, turnkey simulator, or other specialized shipments, Dragoncat Racing may contact the customer after an order or quotation request to confirm shipping arrangements and costs.
Supplier-Direct Shipping
Certain products are fulfilled and shipped directly by Dragoncat Racing's manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners. Dragoncat Racing remains the customer's point of contact for the order unless otherwise communicated.
Internationally Sourced Products
Certain products sold by Dragoncat Racing may be manufactured or shipped from outside the United States.
Responsibility for international freight, customs clearance, brokerage, duties, tariffs, taxes, and other import-related charges will depend upon the specific transaction and applicable shipping terms or Incoterms. These responsibilities may be stated on the product page, quotation, checkout, invoice, order confirmation, or other transaction documentation.
Customers will not be responsible for charges assigned to Dragoncat Racing or the seller under the applicable shipping terms. Where the customer is designated as the importer of record, the customer is responsible for customs clearance and charges legally or contractually assigned to the importer.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Dragoncat Racing expressly provides a written delivery guarantee.
Delays may occur because of supplier availability, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, port congestion, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside Dragoncat Racing's reasonable control.
Freight and Large Shipments
Turnkey simulators and other large products may be shipped by pallet, crate, LTL freight, air freight, ocean freight, or another specialized transportation method.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can reasonably accommodate the agreed delivery method. Liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, installation, unpacking, debris removal, or other specialized services are included only when expressly stated in the order or quotation.
Inspection and Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Visible freight damage should be documented with photographs and, where possible, noted on the carrier's delivery documentation before accepting the shipment.
Damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported to Dragoncat Racing promptly so that we can coordinate with the applicable carrier, manufacturer, or supplier.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss are determined by the shipping terms applicable to the individual transaction. Where an Incoterm or other shipping term is specified, that term controls.
